About

About
After World War II, American vehicles were dominant in the Philippine market. However, in the late 1960’s, Japanese auto industry started to boom. A lot of Japanese surplus (used vehicles) were imported by our country and Isuzu brand was the most popular and in demand vehicle at that time. Due to anticipation of Japanese spare parts demand in the Philippines, Izuparts Center, Inc. (ICI) was created and formally organized in 1971. After eight years, a branch office in Pasay, Pasay Isuzuparts Center Corporation (PICC), was created and organized. (In March 2008, PICC transferred to Biñan, Laguna.)
ICI started as a local distributor of Japanese commercial vehicles parts and later became the local distributor of Isuzu genuine parts for General Motors (franchise for Isuzu vehicles) up to 1984. After General Motors stop its operation in the Philippines in 1984, ICI became the authorized distributor of ICL TRADING CO., LTD. (Isuzu Car Life) of Japan for Isuzu genuine parts up to the present.
Aside from Isuzu genuine parts, the company also carries other Japan made automotive parts product such as Denso, Izumi, NPR, Daido, Taiho, Asco, Cherry, and many more. These are all imported from Japan through various Japanese exporters.
For Denso products, we started importing it from Central Automotive Products, Ltd. (CAP), a trading company located in Osaka, Japan. When Denso Philippines was organized in early 1970’s, they took over the selling of Denso parts and ICI was designated as one of their distributors. In 1984, Denso Philippines stop their operations and Toyota Tsoshu Corporation (TTC) was appointed as exporter to continue the selling of Denso products until it was taken over by the Philippine Auto Components, Inc. (PAC) (now Denso Philippines Corporation).

EXPANSION

With our commitment to upgrade our services to our customers located in the central and southern Philippines, ICI decided to put up a branch in Cebu City under the trade name of LSC Commercial, Inc. since Cebu City is the second largest city in the country. A four-storey commercial building where our branch is to operate was constructed at Borromeo St., Cebu City, a commercial area where most auto parts establishment are located. The construction was completed and the branch started its operation on December 2002.
Chardan Cooltrade Corporation (CCC) was also organized and set-up in 1998 for the exclusive distribution of DENSO bus air conditioning units as designated by Philippine Auto Components, Inc. (PAC), a subsidiary of DENSO Corporation of Japan.
On March 2006, ICI was designated as the exclusive distributor of HIGER BUS in the Philippines by King Long United Automotive Industry (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. of China (now Higer Bus Company Ltd.). On March 28, 2007, HIGER Motors Philippines, Inc. (HMPI) was organized as service center for Higer buses and other China made buses. In addition, ICI also set-up a company in Xiamen, China, Chali Xiamen Trading Co., Ltd., to coordinate with our various Chinese suppliers.
On 2010, ICI became the sole and exclusive distributor of Jiangsu Joylong Automobile Co., Ltd. of China. ICI has been a dealer of automobile and truck spare parts for more than 30 years. With the company's experience in selling only Original Equipment of the Manufacturer (OEM) parts, spare parts and service will easily be provide to Joylong's customers.
On 2019, ICI became a distributor of JAC Modern PUV and Wuling Modern PUV to support the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP) of the Philippine Government.
